About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead and support the execution of multi-channel campaigns targeting Arabic-speaking markets, with a focus on paid media, localization, SEO, content coordination, and analytics.
This position is ideal for someone with a solid marketing foundation, bilingual communication skills, and hands-on experience driving digital growth in MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid display platforms targeting Arabic-speaking audiences
- Coordinate Arabic content translation, localization, and copywriting using internal resources or AI tools
- Oversee SEO implementation: keyword research, meta tags, on-page optimization, and link-building outreach
- Plan, manage, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g., CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA) and provide weekly insights
- Collaborate with designers to create high-performing Arabic social media and ads content
- Coordinate and manage third parties: freelancers, influencers, designers, publishers
- Ensure quality assurance for ad creatives, links, tracking, and campaign assets
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager for tracking and insights
- Work efficiently within Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side)
- Proven ability to manage PPC campaigns, SEO workflows, and content localization
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
- Strong analytics skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Highly organized, committed, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Good leadership, management, and organizing skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., team meetings, client meetings)
- Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Available to work during CET/GMT+3 hours (with flexible working hours to align with client’s time zone)
